Taman Medan assemblyman infected with Covid-19 even after getting complete Covid-19 jabs.

Kuala Lumpur, 18 May 2021 - Taman Medan assemblyman, Syamsul Firdaus Mohamed Supri was tested positive of Covid-19 even after getting his second vaccine dose.

The PKR member said that he had tested for Covid-19 yesterday after feeling under the weather during Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Syamsul was informed regarding the result of the test today.

"During Hari Raya, I had a mild fever, coughing, and flu. However, today, I feel much better.

"My wife, mother-in-law, and two of my children is also tested positive of Covid-19. We are currently quarantining at home and wait for the next procedure from the Ministry of Health."

He said that he had received the first jab of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on 10 March and the second dose on 31 March.
